Houston New Home Construction
No compromises. No settling for someone else's floor plan. We manage your custom home build from site to final walkthrough — with a single point of contact, fixed scope, and complete transparency from day one.
No pressure. Just an honest conversation about what building your home actually takes.
A production builder gives you a floor plan, a lot, and a list of upgrades. A custom build gives you a blank canvas. Your land. Your layout. Your materials. Your life — designed into every square foot from the foundation up.
We manage your custom home project as a single, coordinated build — design, permitting, licensed construction partners, and finish work all moving under one roof, with one point of contact keeping everything on track.
Custom builds are complex — but they don't have to feel that way. Our process is built around keeping you informed, in control, and never left wondering what's happening next.
We meet at your site — or help you evaluate a potential lot — and talk through your complete vision. Square footage, layout priorities, style direction, budget range, and timeline. No pitch. Just listening and honest guidance on what's achievable.
We work with licensed architects to develop your floor plan, elevations, and structural drawings. You're involved at every decision point — approving layouts, selecting materials, and shaping the design until it's exactly right before we move forward.
We handle all permitting through the City of Houston and Harris County — a process that can take 6–10 weeks depending on scope. While permits are processing, we finalize subcontractor bids, lock your material orders, and prepare the site for groundbreaking.
Your home takes physical shape. Foundation is poured, framing goes up, and rough-in work for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC begins. We provide weekly site updates, photo documentation, and scheduled walkthroughs so you can see every phase of progress firsthand.
The home transforms from structure to space. Insulation, drywall, flooring, tile, cabinetry, fixtures, paint, and trim all happen in sequence. Every finish you selected in Phase 2 is installed exactly as planned — we hold subcontractors to the spec.
We walk every inch of your home together before you take the keys. Any punch list items are addressed before close-out — not after. You receive a complete documentation package: warranties, as-built drawings, subcontractor contacts, and maintenance guidance for every system in the home.
A custom build means exactly that — every element of your home reflects deliberate choices you made, not defaults someone else chose for you.
Design your home around how your family actually lives — not around what's easiest to replicate at scale.
From foundation to roofline — every material is selected for quality, durability, and Houston's climate demands.
Traditional, transitional, modern, or completely original — your home's exterior and interior aesthetic is your vision, built.
Build it in from the start — not retrofitted later. Lighting control, security, climate, and audio integrated at rough-in.
Houston living happens outside. Covered patios, outdoor kitchens, pools, and landscaping designed as part of the whole — not an afterthought.
Houston's heat makes efficiency critical. Insulation spec, HVAC zoning, window ratings, and solar-readiness built in by design — not bolted on.
Custom builds across The Woodlands, Katy, Spring, and Houston's most established neighborhoods.
Custom home costs in Houston vary significantly based on scope, materials, location, and finish level. We believe in being completely honest about what things cost before you commit to anything — so you can plan with confidence rather than discover surprises mid-build.
Land is separate from construction costs. If you already own your lot, construction costs typically range from $200 to $600+ per square foot depending on finish level. A 3,000 sq ft home with mid-range finishes in Katy or Spring typically runs $700,000–$1.1M including land. Premium finishes in River Oaks or Memorial can run significantly higher.
Building a custom home is one of the most significant decisions a family makes. These are the questions we get — answered honestly.
